A style code and revision connect the drawing, measurements, samples and quote. Record the intended wearer and fit before anyone interprets the design.

Front/back views show shape. Detail callouts explain pockets, closures and internal features that cannot be inferred from a photo. Attach final artwork separately.

GSM alone cannot define the cloth. Record fibre, construction, finish, width, colour standard and performance. A screen HEX is only a digital illustration.

A BOM connects every component to its specification and placement. Quantity and unit should be clear; consumption remains subject to production review.

Use finished garment measurements, one unit and one measuring method. A named point without a method can be interpreted differently. Blank dimensions remain pending; starters are not size charts.

Tolerances are per point, not automatic permissions to alter the fit. Write the POM code and method beneath each point name. Measurements and quantity allocations for deselected sizes stay in your local draft and return when the size is selected again.

Describe the seam location, construction, allowance, reinforcement and appearance. Do not request a stitch number you cannot validate; use a clear description and agree the method with production.

Artwork size and garment placement are separate dimensions. Measure from a defined point, record the size group and approve a trial on the intended fabric.

Labels, folding and packing affect the final customer experience and quote. Confirm composition, origin and care content for the actual product and destination.

Care, test methods, sample approvals and acceptance criteria should be agreed for the material and intended market. This file records requirements; it does not certify compliance.
